Extremely heavy duty, front operated Standard Industrial CNC backgauge
with 30” travel and multi-level X axis programmable control. 90
programmable jobs with 10 backstop depths per job for a total of 900
depths. This control comes with job stacking and Go-To ability as
well as manager controlled password protection to keep operators from
changing programs. Also includes 5 year battery backup, + or – keys
for minute depth changes and a 4 level LCD display for high visibility

Automec CNC2000 CNC backgauge System With 2D Graphics
This system allows the customer to draw the work piece either on the
control shop floor or in their office PC. The CNC2000 2D graphics
system features a full tool library with up to 50 bends that can be
simulated to check for die interference before the part is formed.
Programs can also be created in a simple numeric mode when the 2D
graphics are not required. Tools can be downloaded into the system
from the tool manufacturers files or they can drawn directly in the
CNC2000 2D graphics system.
The CNC2000 2D graphics system includes an impressive 10” color TFT
VGA display with a simple, easy to understand keyboard. This system
can be purchased as a 2 axis (X & Y), also with a 3rd axis (R) and is
additionally available with a 4th axis allowing the operator to
utilize a CNC controlled bed crowning system (example: Wila T9 or E4
crowning systems).

The offline programming software included with this system allows the
engineer/operator to download the 2D graphics directly to the control
on the brake. A local area network (LAN) can be added at an additional

graphics package is available.

brake customer. This system is specifically designed for our

give them precision while not wasting time with confusing programming

always accessible help screen quickly guide the operator through the 1
through 8 axis of control. The LC series has a superior warranty of 3
