Scotchman Ironworker - Fully Integrated Models

Scotchman Ironworker Fully integrated models offer increased efficiency with permanent built-in tooling. No tooling change is required for maximum flexibility. Jobs can be changed frequently with minimum downtime. Model FI-51 has 4 built-in work stations and FI-85 has 5 built-in work stations. The built in rectangle notching capacities on all Scotchman Ironworker models exceed industry averages.  All Scotchman ironworker models accommodate off-the shelf tooling options. In addition, customized tooling is available for all models.

Most iron working machines lose tonnage as you move away from the punch station. Scotchman Ironworkers actually become stronger as you move farther away from the punching station. Our ironworkers lose no tonnage and thus will have complete tonnage available at a range of distances from the punching station.
